What is VALD Performance?
VALD Performance is an advanced, data-driven testing system trusted by professional and collegiate programs to objectively evaluate athletic performance, movement quality, and potential injury risk.

What Our Assessments Include:

  • 10-yard sprint testing

  • 5–10–5 agility testing

  • Force plate jump analysis (power, rate of force development, takeoff and landing mechanics)

  • Strength assessments

  • Range of motion screening

  • Left–right asymmetry detection

  • Landing mechanics analysis to help identify potential injury risk
